Instructions:
  1. 1 packet SIP Lemon
  2. 1 cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk
  3. 1 cup baby spinach or kale
  4. ½ banana (fresh or frozen)
  5. ¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek or plant‑based)
  6. juice and zest of ½ lemon
  7. 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
  8. ice cubes if desired

Instructions:  In a blender, combine the SIP packet, liquid, greens, banana, yogurt, lemon juice/zest and seeds.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Add a few ice cubes for extra chill and blend again.  This smoothie offers a tangy, lightly sweet flavour and packs in electrolytes, vitamin C and fibre.
