SIP Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
- Processing Time: All SIP orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
- Delivery Time:
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
- International shipping is not currently offered.
- Order Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your hydration routine! If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns work:
- Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Only unopened, unused boxes of SIP are eligible for a refund.
- Opened packets or partially used boxes are not returnable for safety reasons.
- How to Start a Return:
- Email us at sip@salthw.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your SIP order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sip@salthw.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
