SIP Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Processing Time: All SIP orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
    • International shipping is not currently offered.
  • Order Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your hydration routine! If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns work:

  • Eligibility:
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
    • Only unopened, unused boxes of SIP are eligible for a refund.
    • Opened packets or partially used boxes are not returnable for safety reasons.
  • How to Start a Return:
    1. Email us at sip@salthw.com with your order number.
    2. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your SIP order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sip@salthw.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
