SIP Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the SIP Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
- SIP reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at any time for any reason.
2. Commission Structure
- Standard commission: 15% of net sales.
- “Net sales” = product price after discounts, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes.
- SIP reserves the right to update commission rates or structures at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes by email or via their dashboard.
3. Payouts
- Commissions are paid through Tremendous.
- Payouts are released 14 days after an order is placed, to account for returns and cancellations.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
4. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks
- Commissions are not earned on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
- If a commission is mistakenly paid on a refunded order, SIP may adjust future payouts.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must follow these rules when promoting SIP:
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, in line with FTC guidelines (e.g., “I may earn a commission from this link”).
- Do not use SIP trademarks, brand name, or domain in paid ads.
- Do not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about SIP products.
- No spamming, coupon sites, fake reviews, or deceptive practices.
6. Termination
- SIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts against brand values.
7. Taxes
- Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on their earnings.
- For U.S. affiliates who earn $600+ in a calendar year, SIP (via Tremendous) will collect a W-9 and issue a 1099-NEC.
8. Modifications to Program
- SIP reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, including commission structures, payout schedules, and eligibility requirements.
- Affiliates will be notified of major changes. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
- SIP is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the affiliate program.
- Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 6 months preceding any claim.
