Welcome to the SIP Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
  • SIP reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at any time for any reason.

2. Commission Structure

  • Standard commission: 15% of net sales.
  • “Net sales” = product price after discounts, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes.
  • SIP reserves the right to update commission rates or structures at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes by email or via their dashboard.

3. Payouts

  • Commissions are paid through Tremendous.
  • Payouts are released 14 days after an order is placed, to account for returns and cancellations.
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

  • Commissions are not earned on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
  • If a commission is mistakenly paid on a refunded order, SIP may adjust future payouts.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must follow these rules when promoting SIP:

  • Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, in line with FTC guidelines (e.g., “I may earn a commission from this link”).
  • Do not use SIP trademarks, brand name, or domain in paid ads.
  • Do not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about SIP products.
  • No spamming, coupon sites, fake reviews, or deceptive practices.

6. Termination

  • SIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts against brand values.

7. Taxes

  • Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on their earnings.
  • For U.S. affiliates who earn $600+ in a calendar year, SIP (via Tremendous) will collect a W-9 and issue a 1099-NEC.

8. Modifications to Program

  • SIP reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, including commission structures, payout schedules, and eligibility requirements.
  • Affiliates will be notified of major changes. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SIP is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the affiliate program.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 6 months preceding any claim.
